September Meeting
Join us on September 16th at PNC Arena for a “Behind the Scenes” Tour by Alan Wobbleton, Vice President of Facilities and Operations
This tour will include a behind the scenes look at a multi-use sports and entertainment arena. We’ll tour the chiller rooms, possibly the boiler room and/or review one of the large air handler rooms. We’ll also hear about the ice making process and discuss building conversions. If time allows, we will visit portions of the concourse (public) levels and check out the view from the press level. Parking map can be found at this link. The group will enter through the loading dock, so parking will be in the North – the 3000 and 4000 lots. This is at the exact opposite end of the building from the Box Office / VIP areas. Follow the signs for deliveries. No charge for parking on non-event days.
